The Deluxe suite consists of 2 Queen size beds and a sleeper sofa.

The Penthouse Suite consists of 2 Queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. The cost for this package is $4197 for the first family member and $3397 for each additional family member -SOLD OUT
The Chateau Villas consist of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites.
The 1 bedroom suite consists of a king size bed, a queen size sofa bed. The cost for this package is $3997 for the first family member and $$2987 for each additional member
The 2 bedroom suite accommodates up to 6 people. It consists of a King Size bed, a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. The cost of this package is $4357 for the first family member and $2695 for each additional member
The 3 bedroom suite accommodates up to 8 people. It consists of a King Size Bed, 3 queen size beds and a queen size sofa bed. The cost for this package is $4797 for the first family member and $2627 for each additional member.
Pay in Full/Payment Options/Deposit Info: A minimum down payment of $1000 must be made upon registration. 3 months prior to the retreat half of the payment will need to be made. Your account will need to be paid in full 7 DAYS prior to the first day of the program. We accept all major credit cards at registration.
Payment plans are available. Please contact the Admissions Department to make payments and to set up a payment plan if desired.
After the program, you are welcome to submit to your insurance for reimbursement per your insurance plan. If you choose to do this then you will need to get a pre-authorization from your insurance company. If your insurance says it is not necessary, please note the call reference number. In fact, it is highly recommended that you get the call reference number whether or not a pre-authorization is given.
If cancellation occurs 120 or more days before the first day of the retreat there will be no loss of deposit. Any cancellation made between 90-119 days will result in a total loss of your $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation received in writing from 60-89 days will result in in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation between 59 days and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.
No refunds are given for any program if a participant does not attend, leaves the program early or completes the program. You may find another family to take your place. Once their payment, in full, has been received you may have a full refund less $500 processing fee per person. This transfer must be done no more than 14 days to the program start date.
