Holly is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Walden University with specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy and Crisis & Trauma and will graduate in early 2023. She received her Bachelor’s in Emergency Services Administration with an emphasis in patient care in 2011 from Utah Valley University. Holly has experience as a former Crisis Counselor with The Refuge Crisis Team, Paramedic, and Yoga Instructor. She has experience with crisis situations, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, depression, anxiety, medical trauma, Cancer Mental Health issues, and reaffirming LGBTQIA+ individuals. Holly is currently working on her EMDR certification. Holly works with couples, adolescents, and adults.
Holly has worked in a corporate customer service setting for 9 years talking to diverse individuals throughout the country. After being diagnosed with cancer in 2018 Holly decided she wanted to go back to school for her master’s to become a therapist so she could support others like she was. She identifies as Queer and Neurodivergent. In her free time, Holly spends time knitting, weightlifting, being with her two dogs, singing, and spending time with family.
