Erin is currently working on a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University. She has experience with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety and trauma. She enjoys working with all ages.
Erin believes each person deserves a safe space to share their honest thoughts and feelings, and to work through life’s difficulties. As Brene Brown says, “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” Erin believes that being vulnerable is the key to unlocking curiosity and compassion for ourselves and others.
